This camera is said to be the smallest camera in Panasonic’s line of cameras that feature the Micro Four Thirds technology. The G10 is quite impressive for a camera this small. What’s more, even though it might be the smallest, we believe this one will be as successful as its brothers, the G1 and GF1. Both of these Panasonic models featured the Micro Four Thirds technology.

The Mister Cartoon Motorola VE440 will be launched by MetroPCS. The phone will form part of a limited edition of the Mister Cartoon phones. The phone looks suitable for kids or for people who fancy cartoonish stuffs. The Motorola VE440 has a black and chrome trim with two interchangeable backplates that features a custom artwork from a well-known visual artist. The phone also has a pre-installed microSD card. What’s more the card comes with two Snoop Dogg tracks and wallpapers with Mister Cartoon artwork. The wallpapers are fine but why Snoop Dogg tracks? How is the rapper in any way related to cartoons?

So here we are again, talking about the PMA event. We all know that usually at an event like this only cameras and their accessories will be unveiled but the PMA event tends to differ in this category. The PMA people like to focus on other things too but they do have a connection to cameras. For starters, there was the Lowepro camera bag and the same company had a display of their other devices including the SlingShot AW which is the updated version of the SlingShot series from Lowepro.
For those who are looking for easy printing ways, there was the Your Photo on Canvas which can print digital images on canvas. According to its founder, John Doe, Your Photo on Canvas literally turns your images into works of art. Moving away from camera accessories, we came across Western Digital’s new My Book 3.0 external hard drive. The My Book 3.0 external hard drive is the first certified SuperSpeed USB 3.0 storage device available in the market. This is certainly something that we look forward to considering how fast this device functions. And that’s how we spent our time at the PMA event.

At the PMA event this year, many hot devices were unveiled from the likes of Nikon, Sony, Panasonic and many more. Though, it was no CES but still we did manage to keep ourselves entertained. The event finally came to an end and we have decided to summarize the event for those who didn’t keep up with the PMA.
The show kicked off with Sony showing off their new Cyber-Shot HX5 and H55. Then, there was Nikon who decided to give us a look of their Coolpix S8000. Not forgetting, Panasonic who gave us a sneak peek at their ZR and ZS cameras. On the other hand, taking a break from gazing at new cameras we came across Fujifilm FinePix HS10 ultrazooms. There was Samsung as well that was busy displaying their new line of lenses for their NX series. Sigma too was not far behind by introducing their new line of lenses and not forgetting the DP1x and DP2s. We need to take a short break and don’t worry, we’ll be back in our next post and we’ll talk more about the PMA event.
