Nikon debuts Picturetown 3D

Nikon has launched a new 3D image conversion service, my Picturetown 3D. As strange as the name sounds, let’s hope it lives up to its expectations. What my Picturetown 3D does is, it enables the viewing of high-quality 3D images without the need of a specialized eyewear on a 3D digital photo frame. We have earlier mentioned how the 3D technology just keeps getting better and this proves it right.
Nikon is known for manufacturing great cameras especially DSLRs that have blown the digital imaging market away. It rivals heavily with Canon, which also produces award winning products. The my Picturetown 3D will offer 3D image conversion over the Internet for the viewing of 3D images on a dedicated 3D digital photo frame.
my Picturetown 3D is currently for registered members. Acting as an online image sharing and storage service, it will allow viewers to view 3D content without the need of specialized 3D glasses. Pictures can also be shared between NF-300i 3D digital photo frames.
