Since the start of this year, Panasonic has been announcing new cameras which will be out later in this year. The new one to be launched is the DSLR camera, the DMC-G10. This camera is said to be the smallest camera in Panasonic’s line of cameras that feature the Micro Four Thirds technology. The G10 is quite impressive for a camera this small. What’s more, even though it might be the smallest, we believe this one will be as successful as its brothers, the G1 and GF1. Both of these Panasonic models featured the Micro Four Thirds technology.

Let’s get back to the camera. As we all know, it has a compact interchangeable lens system. The Panasonic DMC-G10 has a 12-megapixel CMOS sensor. It features the Venus Engine HD II image processing engine. The camera can shoot 1280×720 HD video recording. Not forgetting the cool 3-inch touchscreen LCD with a 460k dot resolution. This special LCD screen is said to be the first one on a Lumix G Micro system camera. The Panasonic DMC-G10 will be released in June this year.
