Samsung WAVE unveiling soon

Folks at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona will be the first to witness the new Samsung AMOLED screen vaguely named WAVE. The Samsung S8500 WAVE which was just spotted by a leaked teaser will work on Bada OS. This phone is the first smartphone for Samsung and that too, with an AMOLED screen. It will also be the first to support USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0. The AMOLED screen features a resolution of 800 X 480 pixels.
It also works on 1 GHz processor with a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with flash with allows for 720p video recording. It comes with a 2GB of internal memory and has microSD expansion. There’s also 802.11b/g/n WiFi and HSDPA data, DivX video support and a 3.5-mm audio jack. The 3.5-mm audio jack is pretty impressive considering the fact that the phone itself is 10.9-mm thick. We can’t confirm that these specs details are true or not but the truth will hopefully be out by tomorrow.
