Sanyo unveils new eneloop Rechargeable Batteries
Sanyo just unveiled the lighter version of their eneloop Rechargeable Batteries. Word around is that this is some sort of marketing tactic by Sanyo as we all know who’s number in the battery market. To face tough competitions, Sanyo decided to release their eneloop lite which comes in AA and AAA size on the market. The batteries are sold based on their capacities, meaning that the lowest capacity batteries are the cheapest while the highest capacity batteries are the most expensive.
Let’s get to know more on the batteries. These batteries have a rating capacity of 950mAh for the AA batteries while the AAA batteries have a rating capacity of 550 mAH. The previous batteries came with a capacity of 1900mAh for the normal AA eneloop while the AAA eneloop battery came with 750mAh. With lower capacity, the batteries will be lighter at almost 15% lighter than normal batteries. The new batteries from Sanyo in June.
